How can I listen in to an active call?

Step-by-step guide for admins to listen in on active calls

Admins can listen in to any live call directly from the Call Logs:

  1. Navigate to the Call Logs section.

  2. Select a call that is currently in progress.

  3. Click Dial to join the call in listen-only mode.

  4. When finished, click Disconnect to leave the call.
