Step-by-step guide for admins to listen in on active calls
Admins can listen in to any live call directly from the Call Logs:

Navigate to the Call Logs section.

Select a call that is currently in progress.

Click Dial to join the call in listen-only mode.
- When finished, click Disconnect to leave the call.
